Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are in good working condition. The role requires a detail-oriented and efficient individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Understand the hotel's mission, vision, and goals
- Prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance, facilities, or engineering
