Job Description
We're looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to drive high-impact hiring across Peregrine's customer-facing organizations. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you'll partner directly with GTM leadership and build the talent engine that powers Peregrine's growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 4+ years focused on senior GTM and/or G&A
- Deep experience recruiting for GTM roles within high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional sourcing capability
