We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to drive high-impact hiring across Peregrine’s customer-facing organizations, with a focus on senior, revenue-critical GTM roles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 4+ years focused on senior GTM and/or G&A
- Deep experience recruiting for GTM roles within high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of improving recruiting systems, workflows, or hiring outcomes
- Exceptional sourcing capability — you know how to find, attract, and close top talent in highly competitive markets
