Job Description
A leading global professional services firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager or Director to join its Deals Advisory – Corporate Finance practice in Indonesia. This senior leadership position is responsible for advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end delivery of buy-side and sell-side corporate finance engagements
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships
- Drive business development initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and transaction execution
