Job Description
Perfect Staffing Solutions is urgently hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maryland and Washington, DC. DSPs will provide daily support with personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in their care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Caregiving or human services experience preferred
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Compliance with DC laws (potential requirement)
