Purchasing Manager

PerkinElmer is seeking a Site Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement activities for its manufacturing site in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, extensive experience in procurement within a manufacturing setting, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in the purchasing process.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• Experience in procurement within a manufacturing setting
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent understanding of supply chain management principles
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus
