Job Description
PermitFlow is seeking a Permit Operations Lead to automate the construction permitting process, handling everything from jurisdiction research to application preparation and submission. The role focuses on compliance, customer service, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement within a fully remote environment. They are seeking an expert in the construction industry with strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in construction permitting, project management, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction permitting processes and regulations.
- Multi-state expertise preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
