The Associate Marketing Manager, Social & Community reports directly to the VP of Marketing and supports the execution of social media, community engagement, and brand storytelling initiatives for Laundry by Shelli Segal and Rafaella.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brands.
- Experience managing brand social media accounts and engaging online communities.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret social media performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Creative eye for social-first storytelling and visual content.
- Proficiency with social media and content tools such as Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Adobe Express, Final Cut Pro, and scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, including Emplifi.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
