Manage the development and execution of fashion products for Perry Ellis Accessories and brands under its portfolio.
Requirements
- Follow a design calendar and development process to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and execute product development in private label brands
- Executes merchandising strategies and seasonal line plans to build profitable assortments that will meet internal margin goals.
- Understand target customer and shop retail stores to provide competitive analysis to enhance brand strategies and opportunities
- Analyze retail sales with planning and design team to identify opportunities
- Strong presentation skills, confidence presenting to a large audience
- Work with marketing department to ensure brand image is consistent
- Facilitate new and updated packaging, photography and marketing materials in collateral with internal and external partners
- Attend market appointments with accounts to present brand strategy and designs
- Interface with all functional areas of the business (design, sales, sourcing, marketing) to maintain common vision for the brand
