
Job description
The Training and Development Specialist designs, develops, and delivers engaging instructor-led and online training to help employees build skills and confidence. They partner with subject matter experts to shape content and keep training accurate and relevant. The role involves supporting employees across teams and locations, adapting delivery for different learners, and keeping training organized.
Design, develop, and deliver training; partner with managers and subject matter experts; create and refresh training materials; build e-learning and job aids; facilitate engaging sessions; coordinate updates and feedback.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in corporate training/learning & development. They should be able to assess learning uptake and impact, quickly learn business/operational concepts, and have proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common e-learning tools.
