Field Service Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking onsite FSR’s to be critical members of the Persistent Systems, LLC Field Technical Service and Support (FT2S) team supporting Air Force programs in Great Falls, MT. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) with Persistent Systems, LLC, you will deliver dependable, professional, and compliant on-site support for government contracts and mission-critical operations.

What You Will Do

Perform hands-on technical tasks, including equipment maintenance using bucket trucks at heights of approximately 60 feet. Support performance tracking, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure readiness for audits and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Experience supporting government contracts, regulated environments and/or mission-critical operations
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate bucket trucks
• Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet
• Schedule – 4/10 hr. shifts, 0600 or 0900 showtime
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Ability to follow defined procedures and contractual requirements
• Proficient with service reporting, ticketing and/or asset management systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
• Must have or be able to obtain a United States Secret security clearance
