As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for accounting and closing, ensuring that our finance processes run reliably, are steering capable, and scale with the company. You will also stabilize and optimize recurring processes in the finance operating business and implement standards and improvements to make finance grow faster, more stable, and more transparent.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in finance/accounting
- Experience in operational accounting: account reconciliations, eliminations/reserves, clean documentation, and clear standards
- Structured, precise, and independent work style
- Fluent German and effective English communication skills
