Job Description
Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations without a General Manager, supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running the store and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves managing operations, overseeing team, and analyzing business results to achieve store goals. The company is a multi-branded Petroleum Dealer and Convenience Store Operator with over 800 sites in the Eastern and Western US.
Requirements
- Experience managing and directing others
- Minimum of 45 hours per week
- Flexible availability (shifts, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable Transportation
- Exemplary Customer Service
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to defuse issues/settle matters
- Great Communication Skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Goal Oriented and Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs
