Job Description
Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG) is a large multi-branded Petroleum Dealer and Convenience Store Operator looking for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will lead daily operations, support the General Manager, and ensure exceptional customer service, focusing on profitability and improvement. The role involves supervising associates, managing tasks, providing training, and providing support in achieving store goals.
Requirements
- Experience managing and directing others.
- Minimum of 45 hours per week.
- Flexible availability based on business needs.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Exemplary Customer Service.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Ability to defuse issues/settle customer and associate matters.
