Job Description
Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Waterford, CT location. The role involves supporting the General Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, financials, and team supervision. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer expectations, ensuring quality training, and analyzing business results to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- Experience managing and directing others
- 45+ hours per week
- Flexible availability (shifts, weekends, holidays)
- Reliable Transportation
- Excellent Customer Service
- Able to work with little to no supervision
- Great Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Goal oriented and Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
