Job Description
We are looking for a deputy nursing service manager who supports and co-shapes our management team and further develops nursing care. The role involves supporting the nursing service manager, participating in planning and personnel management, and ensuring care quality.
Requirements
- Completed training in old-age care, health care, and nursing care or comparable
- Professional experience in ambulatory care, preferably with management experience
- Organizational strength, teamwork, and empathy
- Communication skills and secure appearance
- IT knowledge (care documentation, service planning)
- Driving license Class B
