Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor, Credit and Collections to manage a small group responsible for handling field and office credit & collection operations. The incumbent will provide guidance and direction, set job standards, and provide technical support to the team.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of directly related experience working in the utility industry preferably with collection services and office administration
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting or other related fields of study is preferred
- Ability to ensure compliance with policies, practices, procedures and laws related to the collections of past due bills and disconnecting service for non-payment of past due bills
