Country Manager Belgium

Role Overview

The Country Manager will report directly to the Export Manager and will be part of the Export team. The role involves sales, marketing, and customer service responsibilities for PHC Europe within the Belgium region.

What You Will Do

Prepare annual planning/budgets, monthly forecasts, and monthly action planners. Act independently in sales and after-sales services. Visit prospects and customers, organize promotional activities, and perform marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Higher professional education (e.g. Higher Laboratory Education, Biotechnology, Life Sciences)
• Experience in a sales position in the field of the employer
• Commercial skills
• Technical knowledge
• Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
• Maintaining CRM database, record keeping, and planning skills
• Language skills: French and Dutch native speaker level + English
