Job description
The Lead Java Software Engineer is a technical leader responsible for designing, modernizing, and delivering enterprise Java/JEE solutions. You will lead and mentor developers and partner with business analysts, project managers, QA, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into secure, scalable applications and integrations.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for Java/JEE solutions across projects, initiatives, and production support. Lead application design and implementation, including architecture, API integrations, and data access layers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership and mentoring capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design principles and secure integration concepts.
