Manufacturing Engineer - Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Digital Transformation to define digital transformation roadmap, lead/execute digital transformation initiatives in Philips factory by collaborating with internal & external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 4-6 Years of experience in leading & executing factory digitization projects
• Hands-on experience in design and development of digital transformation projects in factory/Manufacturing environment
• Strong capability to design and implement digital solutions that provide clear visualization of critical metrics
• Proficiency in simulating factory operations for scenario planning and using these models as management tools for operational improvements
• Expertise in creating dashboard modules that empower management and line leaders to monitor factory performance and initiate corrective actions promptly
• Solid understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and their application in digitalization projects to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste
