Technical Services Trainer

The Technical Service Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to customers, technicians, and internal teams across Delphi Academy in France and other French-speaking countries. The role ensures that training programs are delivered to the highest professional standard, consistently reflecting Delphi's technical expertise, product knowledge, and commitment to advancing workshop capability.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering technical training within the automotive sector
• In-depth knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging technologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop others
• Experience designing and developing training content (classroom and online)
• Confident user of diagnostic tools and automotive test equipment
• High level of IT literacy and familiarity with e-learning platforms
• Excellent organisational and planning ability
• Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders—from technicians to senior leader
