Job Description
The UX Researcher will assist in planning and conducting qualitative user research. This includes interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitor analysis to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities. The role involves translating findings into actionable insights, creating personas and reports, and communicating findings through visual storytelling. Continuous learning and collaboration are key to the position.
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UX research methods and the product development process.
- Curiosity, empathy, and strong observation and listening skills.
- Proactive mindset with good organizational and communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting ideas in both English and Chinese.
