Job Description
This DevOps Engineer role is seeking a highly motivated individual with 6-9 years of experience in developing CI/CD pipelines for on-prem and AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of container technology (Kubernetes/Docker), automation (Python scripting), and familiarity with various tooling. Experience in incident management and ITIL/Agile principles is essential.
Requirements
- Developing CI/CD pipeline for on-prem and AWS cloud
- Hands-on experience with Stash, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, uDeploy and CICD tools
- Knowledge of container technology – Kubernetes/Docker
- Automation – Python scripting and JSON
- Unix/Linux – write Shell/PERL scripts
- Ability to handle incident crisis related to CI/CD pipelines and code build
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and/or Agile principles
- Knowledge of core Java, Apache & Tomcat is an added advantage
- Knowledge of basic investment terms and practices is desirable
- Hands-on experience with Datadog
- Knowledge of core AWS Services
- Strong desire to improve technical and domain knowledge
- Must be flexible and have a growth mindset of learning and adaptability
