We are looking for a Java Lead to lead and mentor a team of developers, architect and oversee the development of microservice applications, and ensure high-quality code by setting coding standards and conducting thorough code reviews.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in translating complex business and functional requirements into scalable high and low-level system designs
• Extensive experience in Java Spring Boot and RESTful microservices development
• Strong leadership in managing relational databases
• Advanced skills in automated testing practices
• Proficiency with development and collaboration tools
• Deep knowledge of data structures and design patterns
• Experience in guiding Agile/Scrum teams
• Proficient in ORM frameworks and API security
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with queuing/streaming platforms
• Hands-on experience with containerization, version control, static code analysis, and deployment automation
