Job Description
This Node.js Developer role focuses on building and improving new web applications using NodeJS. The position requires strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js frameworks, TypeScript and NestJS. Candidates should have a good understanding of backend technologies like HTML5, CSS3 and RESTful APIs, as well as experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks and libraries such as Express, Async, Lodash, socket, etc
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of JSON Web Token
- Experience with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Ability to adhere to development best practices
- Ability to write documentation
