Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT programs aligned with organizational strategic goals. The role involves program planning, execution, team leadership, stakeholder management, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management
- Proficiency in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
