Job Description
Coordinates, implements, and documents specialized patient care and home dialysis care based on thorough systematic pre, intra, and post dialysis/CRRT assessment.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse credential from the State Board of Nursing
- CPR certification
- Completion from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
- 2 years of clinical and hemodialysis experience
- Demonstrated record of and commitment to safety
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Computer skills including data entry and software navigation
