Document Controller, Tendering Architecture Firm

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at our KSA Back Office in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence, and will also be involved in the estimation and tendering process for new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control and estimation, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures
• Familiarity with estimation and tendering processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
