Job Description
Pinsent Masons is seeking a mid-to senior-level Construction Lawyer to join their team based in Shanghai or Beijing. This role focuses on advising clients on a broad spectrum of construction matters, including dispute resolution and project support. The ideal candidate will have strong international experience, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.
Requirements
- 4–7 years PQE (ideally at Senior Associate level)
- Strong international experience in construction law
- Technical expertise, commercial mindset, and enthusiasm for business development
- Outstanding work ethic, communication, and client focus
- PRC and/or foreign legal qualifications (highly desirable)
- Degree from a top law school (PRC or international)
- Excellent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised
