Corporate Finance Senior Associate

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Corporate Finance Senior Associate to join their London Corporate Finance team. The role involves handling high-value cross-border transactions and equity capital markets deals, preferably with a background in public M&A. The team is part of the international Corporate practice, receiving instruction from well-known clients across a variety of sectors.

Requirements

• 7+ years PQE in equity capital markets deals and public M&A experience.
• Experience with cross-border transactions.
• Analytical and commercial abilities.
