Requirements

- Documentation of completion of caregiver training program
- Ability to speak, read, write and follow directions
- Evidence of freedom from infectious tuberculosis
- CPR certification and first aid training
- Patience, tact, and positive attitude
- Physical ability to perform various tasks
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card
