Head of Procurement

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced head of procurement to build and lead our global procurement function from the ground up. This role will involve designing, documenting, and implementing Pipedrive's global procurement strategy, policies, and workflows, as well as owning and executing the end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and selection process for globally diverse vendors.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in procurement, with a focus on SaaS, cloud, advertising and indirect spend in a global environment
• At least three years of experience in a procurement leadership role
• Proven ability to lead procurement function in a multi-national, geographically-disbursed environment
• Demonstrable track record of leading complex negotiations and managing the full contract lifecycle, especially for SaaS, cloud, advertising and indirect spend
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing 'procure-to-pay' (P2P) workflows and global procurement policies
• Solid understanding of procurement software, ERP systems, and spend management tools (Coupa and NetSuite are preferred)
• Ability to analyze complex spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and build win-win partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
