Pipedrive is looking for a Senior SEM Manager to lead our global paid search strategy and performance. This is a critical role responsible for driving measurable growth across Google, Bing, and local search engines.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including creating, scaling and optimising complex campaigns
- Proven track record managing 8-figure annual spends and partnering with Finance teams on reporting
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability with fluency in experiment design, incrementality measurement, attribution theory and navigating complex data environments
- Familiarity with conversion events, audience configuration and tracking infrastructure
- Confidence to serve as key advisor to internal stakeholders, presenting complex insights clearly and effectively
- Understanding of SaaS acquisition dynamics, lead-to-revenue funnels, and performance signals is preferred
