We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to drive performance across paid and organic digital channels through hands-on campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in digital performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising paid campaigns across major platforms.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution basics, and conversion optimisation.
- Proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio (or equivalent).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience running or supporting mobile app advertising campaigns (e.g. app installs, re-engagement, or in-app event optimisation) is an advantage.
