Operations Manager

Role Overview

Lead day-to-day execution as the company transitions into a standalone U.S.-based systems integration firm. Act as the central hub across all core functions, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, technology development, service delivery, finance, and compliance.

Oversee daily operations, execute operational plans, develop and improve workflows, coordinate with teams, support proposal development, and monitor budgets.
