Job Description
Float Clinician-Full Time position at Planned Parenthood Health Centers in Northwest Region: Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Traverse City. Provides gynecologic/family planning exams, conducts testing, and responds to patient questions.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Physician's Assistant, Nurse-Practitioner, or Certified Nurse Midwife
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in OB/GYN
- Skill in operating standard office equipment and using required software applications
- Knowledge of advanced concepts, procedures, and practices of gynecological care, diagnosis, and treatment
- Knowledge of medical record documentation and CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives in collaboration with other functional areas
- Commitment to Planned Parenthood's mission, vision, and values
- Awareness of multiple group identities and their dynamics
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly and hear and act on feedback related to identity and equity
- Understanding of the impact of identity dynamics on organizational culture
