Requirements

• Manage RFQs, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders for goods and services in a timely manner
• Interpret and manage procurement-related documents, including Incoterms, supply agreements, price lists, catalogs, requisitions, vendor quotes, and invoices
• Negotiate supplier terms and conditions and finalize contracts in accordance with internal policies and governance standards
• Generate and maintain reports using SAP and Microsoft tools to support procurement analysis and decision-making
• Travel domestically and internationally as required
