Director of Food Safety & Quality
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field, 10+ years of food safety experience, 5+ years of leadership experience
Operator: DSP, USP or Maintenance
1-2 years of experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Basic math functions and ability to lift over 50 lbs. Forklift Certification
UI Design Intern
Analytical mindset, Figma proficiency, understanding use cases, basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience with industrial/B2B software
Head of Maintenance & Reliability
At least 8-10 years of experience in multiple trades, strong mechanical systems understanding, and leadership skills
Project Engineer
BS+ in Mechanical, Chemical, Agricultural, Civil, Industrial, or related engineering. 5–10+ years delivering industrial/infra capital projects. Upstream & downstream literacy and project delivery toolkit required
People Operations Specialist
2+ years of HR/People Operations experience, strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and Texas state employment laws and regulations, and proficiency with HRIS/timekeeping/payroll interfaces

7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a proven track record of revenue impact
Process Engineering Intern
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Bioprocess Engineering with familiarity with PFD/P&IDs, H&M balances and understanding of sanitary design, food safety and equipment standards
