5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, proven leadership skills, and analytical thinking
Production Lead
3-6 years of experience in food or bioprocessing operations, technical foundation and shift leadership experience
Greenhouse Plant Production Operator (USP)
Prior experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing, knowledge of safe work practices, and forklift certification
Operator: DSP, USP or Maintenance
1-2 years of experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Basic math functions and ability to lift over 50 lbs. Forklift Certification
Head of Maintenance & Reliability
At least 8-10 years of experience in multiple trades, strong mechanical systems understanding, and leadership skills
Director of Operations
5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and making data-driven decisions
Production Lead
Bachelor's degree, 3-6+ years of experience in food, bioprocessing, or similar operations, and proven shift leadership experience
