Project Quality Leader

OPmobility is seeking a Project Quality Leader to ensure project teams deliver high-quality solutions and meet customer expectations. The role involves ownership of project quality results, ensuring process deployment, and managing customer relationships. They are seeking someone with experience in APQP, customer interface, and quality risk management. This is a globally recognized leader in the automotive mobility industry.

Requirements

• Experience in project quality management, preferably in automotive or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of APQP and customer-specific quality requirements
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with plant quality organizations
• Familiarity with quality tools and systems (e.g. KEOPS, OPTIMAP, 8D, risk analysis)
• Excellent communication and escalation skills in customer-facing roles
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify gaps and risks in quality deliverables
• Experience in managing quality documentation and supporting change processes
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and lessons learned sharing
