Requirements

• Completed education as a technician/industrial master in the field of mechanical engineering/electrotechnics/vehicle technology
• Professional experience as a shift leader, preferably in the automotive industry
• SAP knowledge or comparable ERP knowledge
• Office knowledge
• Experience in employee leadership, production technology, and quality assurance
• Understanding of costs and efficiency
• Strong communication, high resilience, and assertiveness
• Goal-oriented and self-responsible action
