Requirements
- Foundational Solutions Engineering: 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or architecture at a developer tools, platform, or infrastructure company, with a track record of co-owning revenue.
- Hands-on Technical Depth: Comfortable writing code and scripting to stand up integrations. You have solid fluency in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
- AI-Native Expertise: A deep understanding of how AI is reshaping the SDLC. You have hands-on experience building with AI agents and can speak credibly about prompt optimization and agentic workflows.
- Pioneer Mindset: Comfort with ambiguity and the proactivity to create clarity in undefined situations. You are a self-starter who drives outcomes without a pre-existing playbook.
- Compelling Storytelling: Exceptional demo and communication skills; you can take a nascent feature and turn it into a compelling business outcome for a technical audience.
