AI Automation Team Lead

We're seeking an experienced technical lead to drive automation and AI-assisted workflows in our engineering team, managing a small team and working cross-functionally to eliminate repetitive work and improve productivity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, developer tooling, or automation
• 1+ years of experience mentoring or leading Engineers in a technical capacity
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Python or TypeScript
• Experience building automation tools, developer tooling, or operational systems
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and engineering productivity tools
