Role Overview

The process engineer provides technical expertise throughout the manufacturing process, offering guidance on best practices and equipment, optimizing production for efficiency and quality, training various teams, and supporting ongoing production activities.

What You Will Do

Regarded as a technical specialist, leader, and mentor, the process engineer will provide technical guidance, training, and lead continuous improvement activities, as well as provide customer service leadership in project technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science
• Minimum 8 years of related experience
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Intermediate Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills
• Intermediate Verbal and Written Communications Skills
• Strong Analytical and statistical analysis Skills
• Statistical Process Control Software Skills
• Strong Cross-Discipline Development Knowledge
