Assistant Store Manager

Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. Assist the Store Manager in the store's day-to-day operations and in the absence of the Store Manager, direct the activities of all team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
