Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact with customers, delivering superior customer service and educating customers on company products and services.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers, strong verbal communication, and ability to offer products and services
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, professional appearance, and honesty with integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency required, English/Spanish bilingual a plus
