Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact with customers, delivering superior customer service and educating customers on company products and services.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
• Ability to engage with customers, strong verbal communication, and ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, professional appearance and demeanor, and honesty and integrity
