As a Customer Service Representative at PLS, you will be the primary point of contact with customers, delivering superior customer service, educating customers on products and services, and maintaining company quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be honest and have integrity
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency is required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
