Shift Supervisors are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures. The Shift Supervisor performs all the duties of a Customer Service Representative plus assists the Assistant Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Requirements
- Maintaining exemplary customer service within the store and building relationships with our customers
- Establishing a strong customer service culture within the store
- Supporting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to help meet store goals and objectives
- Assisting the Assistant Store Manager with developing and motivating store team members
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Performing responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and supervising the team’s activities
- Coaching CSRs on how to properly conduct transactions
- Reviewing and approving checks within limits
- Supporting store marketing efforts within the community
- Resolving customer complaints
- Assisting the Store Manager with managing schedules, cash, and store audits
- Reviewing all Operations Bulletins, News communications, and training
- Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment
