Motor Vehicle Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisors at PLS are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
