Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives, and follow company policies and procedures. The Shift Supervisor will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
